Teaching Companies How to Change

Greg Soffe (M.Ed., PMP)

There is an art to successfully optimizing how your business runs – at the individual level with employees, the group level with teams, and at systemic levels (formal or informal processes) operating throughout your company.

While most business owners are experts in their particular field, I’ve found few are familiar with the specific strategies for improving operational performance. They know where they want to go, but coordinating their people and processes to get there can be elusive.

This is where I can help.

My mantra is simple, knowing how to change is just as important as knowing what to change in a company.

A master’s in organizational learning, performance, and change and over 18 years experience leading and improving operations have taught me a lot. The organizations I’ve worked for and with range from small, local nonprofits to global companies with over 5,000 employees.

I’ve found my niche helping companies identify facets in their teams, processes, and their goals that actually prevent achieving the change they want to see.

Identifying these barriers and ways to address them are keys to saving time, money, and a great deal of frustration.

My goal is to teach and help implement effective change management strategies, so business leaders can set their business up for success. It’s worth the investment to do it right!
